3. Services & Booking
The Company agrees to perform the Services at the date, time and location agreed upon in writing or via our online quote-form. All bookings are subject to availability.
4. Payment Terms
The Client shall pay the full quoted amount before or on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept online payments, bank transfers or cash.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before scheduled move: full refund minus administrative fee of ₹500.
- Cancellation within 24–48 hours: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours: no refund.
6. Client Obligations
The Client must ensure that access to the premises is available, that all goods are ready for collection, and that adequate parking is provided for our vehicles. The Client is responsible for securing permits where required.
7. Liability & Insurance
We carry standard transit insurance covering accidental damage in transit up to ₹50,000. Any higher value items must be declared in writing and may incur an extra fee for additional cover.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, images) is the property of Ashirwad Services Packers and Movers and protected by applicable copyright laws.

Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery. Our claims team will inspect and resolve the issue promptly. If you opted for transit insurance, the full declared value of the damaged item is covered as per policy terms.
